Same thing happens to me when I load waypoint from Halo 4.

You have to delete waypoint and re-download it.

Already did that.

Still doesn’t work.

I had the same issue and was able to fix it by deleting a corrupt save file within the Halo Waypoint folder:

Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive > Games and Apps > Halo Waypoint > (!)

May be rubbish from Reach…

I had the same issue, reinstalling waypoint did not fix it, nor was there any corrupt files in storage manager. The clear cache button under device options for the hard drive fixed it. Give that a try for those still having issues.
