XBOX EXPLODES!!! new xbox one bug could kill you!

so i put in my bf4 disc to my xbox when i here a loud grinding noise and then a boom and the xbox vibrates on my desk violently for a second. i tryed to take the game out but the xbox would just raddle and shake. the xbox still worked but it wouldnt read the disc or eject it. so i thought that maby its jamed in there so i used my halo disc to try to move what ever was blocking it out of the way then the xbox trys to suck it in so i yank it from the the death grip of the xbox. saving my halo from destruction.

night comes and radomly like once an hour, xbox starts makeing loud raddleing and klicking noises for 10 seconds i look at the xbox and its off yet it still makes thiese loud raddleing noises so i disconect the power cable and it stops. lol i was scard -Yoink- i thought it was possesed by some demon or something.

the next day i took it to the geek squad at best buy and asked if they can get my game out. they come back after 20 min and said the disc drive was blown open and exploded and there was chunks of metal all over the the mother board and my bf4 disc was shatted into a million pices. they said it was a miracle that the xbox would still even turn on and that i was lucky that a piece af metal didnt fly out of the disc dive cause it could kill some one.

they contacted microsoft because of safty conserns and microsoft ordered them to “confiscate” my xbox and send it to them. and now microsoft is sending me a new xbox and they through in an extra kinect and controller and a 1 year warranty. dont know what im going to do with an extra kinect but i took it any way.

i went online and i didnt see any one talk about an exploding disc drive. i saw there disc try raddle and make noise like mine but theres never exploded.

i might be the first one to have discovered this new bug in the xbox one i should name it something like they named the red ring of death ill call the suicide disc dive or suicide xbox somthing like that.

comment if you xbox blew up or if guys know anyone els who had there disc dive explode. as far as i know im the first person to have this happen to me.

my advise to you is maby aim you xbox away from you so you dont get killed by flying metal.

Although I find this all somewhat hard to believe, I certainly hope it doesn’t happen to me!

My XB1 has been making odd noises and oft times it takes several ejects before it will read a disc. This post now has me wary of my machine. if anything happens i will let you all know, and will write a very strong worded letter to the MS HQ…

Never heard of this happening to an X1 yet, but I’ve certainly heard of hapening to computers. At my sister’s old office, her colleagues drive reved up a little too fast and the disc exploded inside, blowing off the front of the dirve. I’ve never looked into what causes it, but it’s pretty rare to have happen. It’s possible if the disc was cracked, even ever so slightly, that could have set it off.
