Hey guys was curious as to what stick length preference everyone has. Personally I found myself more accurate with short sticks versus the convex or the long sticks. Which do you feel is best for competive play?
For competitive play, shorter sticks will always be better.
Longer sticks allow for more precise movements. However, when playing against good people the increased time it takes to adjust your reticule for player movement (since your thumbs would have to move a greater distance for the same adjustments) completely voids any benefit received from the increased precision.
I use short myself, but don’t take anybody’s opinion too seriously. Use what feels right for you and you’ll love it, great controller for this game. Just remember that there’ll be an adjustment period, try each and play something non competitive and see how you like them, but give each style a fair chance. Some guys use two different lengths for different sticks.
I just would like a control that made for adults rather than little kids hands ?
I can cover 90% of the buttons using one hand 10-20% increase in total size would be prefect!
