Anyone thinking of picking up the Elite controller when it hits the market? I hope there will be more skins for it coming out soon. I want the new Halo controllers that are coming out but with the elite features.
It’s a cool concept, but if I shell out $150 on a controller it had better dispense nachos.

Not gonna, even if I think the Xbox One controller is simply the best controller to use with a PC. 150 for a version with more buttons is too expensive.
I couldn’t figure out why I kept putting off ordering a SCUFF though I could… And then the Elite controller was revealed and my insights served me well.
I am sooooooooooo using the stick sensitivity curve settings to create the puuuurfect precision reticle for multi-ranged gameplay. The paddles underneath are going to help me figure out my new control scheme for maximum effect.
(I miss my Onza Razr controller and being able to use that to near always-on-stick personal settings. Now I should be able to be 90-95% always-on-stick. )

no, I wouldn’t get that kind of a controller
Too expensive to be honest. Besides, I would much rather have a LE halo controller.
I’m buying a Master Chief controller because my main controller basically died. I refuse to buy the Elite controller until the price comes down to at least $100.
What are some pro settings for the basic controller?

Anything that allows you to jump and shoot without lifting your finger from the right stick to aim.
That’s why the paddles at the back of the Elite controller are oriented for Pro gamers… they can set the A button to a paddle so they press the Trigger with their index finger, have the thumb always on the right stick, and any other finger goes to the paddle (A).
I’d rather to customize my own controller at “evil controllers”. Or get the MC controller!

I have a feeling it will come out either a week before, or coincide with the release of Halo 5: Guardians. Seeing as it has been heavily advertised by Halo pros, with some mention on how it is advantageous for other games.
Already pre-ordered my controller, just gotta pay the rest of it off.

It comes out on the same day as Halo 5.
It’s going to be a hard decision between the Elite controller and the new Locke-styled one.

ok i think I’ve got a pretty good feeling of when it releases now.
