Xbox elite controller worth it?

Anyone had the chance to use the elite controller. If so what does it help? What does hurt? Pros/Cons?

I know you’re looking for first hand experience from fellow Halo players but there are some really detailed reviews out there if you want a good read.

I can’t post links but jut google “xbox elite review”. Sites like Kotaku, IGN, The Verge, and Engadget all have some decent reviews up that highlight pros/cons.

I’ve heard nothing but good things about it. I don’t think i would really use the extra paddles on the bottom but I do like the other features.

buuuuuuuuuut $150 on a controller.

Personally you are better off spending $150 on a scud controller because with a little extra money you can customize a controller to your preference, the new d-pad takes a lot of getting used to but overall not worth the $150
