Xbox Elite Controller Halo 5 (Can't charge plasma)

I have an Xbox elite controller and while playing Halo 5 I can’t charge up the plasma caster or plasma pistol if the trigger stops are in the “On/Up” position. Only works if there in the “off/down” position then i can charge up the shot.

This is a pretty big deal for me because one of the main reason i bought the elite controller was to use the trigger stops and remapped button. But with this problem I’am forced to not use this feature if I want to be able to charge up those weapons.

Pretty sure 343i will patch this not sure how this got past them…

I have tried to update my controller, talk with xbox support and they seem to believe the problem is with halo 5 not the controller witch make since. Just trying to bring this problem to light so the right people can address it.

Also the support person told me this was the first time he has encountered this problem and not to worry it will get fix eventually just hoping sooner than later really do enjoy using the trigger stops.

Its the trigger stops. Ive had a scuf for about a year and this happens also some games the triggers wont work wth.

Oh man thanks! Video help me a lot i tried to adjust the trigger sensitivity but was doing it all wrong.
