I reached out to Xbox today seeking some sort of compensation since I purchased MCC via digital download and cannot simply trade it in for credit like I normally would do in a situation like this. The customer support specialist offered me a CoD AW T-Shirt and Exoskeleton for my avatar as compensation for this train wreck. Unbelievable. I will not be purchasing Halo 5 unless MCC is fixed by the end of 2014. I guess I’m stuck with it. Talk about false advertising.
