I’ve noticed when I zoom in with my weapon, especially the magnum, it will unzoom. Furthmore I have noticed my Grenade button is hit way to easily with the left trigger. Idk if this is just me
Do you have Zoom set to toggle or hold?

Toggle. This happens on my MnK aswell, BUT only on my xbox version, not my pc gamepass version. Steam not tested
