Hi I play on my xbox halo waypoint but I get no sound for one second. HELP

Do you have the music turned off?

If not, try deleting the game off your HDD and reinstalling.

If I’m understanding this correctly, you are not getting any sort of sound from the Halo Waypoint application on your Xbox?

Is it just sound from the videos, sound from the menus?

Menus it randomly gives no sound for a second

It could be your HDMI Cable, if you are using that though. I’ve had a similar problem, with another game though.

I heard no sound whatsoever but it worked fine with everything else, so it could be a cable.

I’d go with what Nanotech said, does this only happen on the Halo Waypoint app or does it happen on other games as well?

Have you checked if your HDMI cable is loose in the back of your console or TV?

It doesn’t have to be loose, I had to replace my HDMI Cable, if you have some old cables (Doesn’t matter if they give you HD or SD quality graphics) and test if the Halo Waypoint app has sound again with those other cables.

That way you know if the HDMI Cable isn’t working correctly anymore.
