The game won’t launch on xbox app.
Anyone with the same issue?

I am having the same issue, the app will open but wont launch Halo MP, I am on PC so have just started to download the Steam version as I read that progress can transfer.
This is the first time that I have had an issue so you could look at that and be like “dont worry they will fix it” the other side of that is, I pay for a service to be pretty much on demand and I have limited times I can play. When I want to slay I should be able to slay, the Xbox app for PC is clunky , slow and poorly built. Swallow a pill of anti pride and reach out to GOG or Steam and understand how to make a good game launcher.

Your multiplayer information I believe is server side, so should be safe as long as you sign in with the same gamertag.

You sir are a god, thank you. Just sucks that my download is not super fast, at least I will have both versions in stalled to decrease downtime potential.
I think this will knee cap the xbox app, like now I am downloading the game on Steam and will just launch from there, this means I will disconnect from the “xbox universe” thats not good for sales.
What gpu do you have btw. I’m curious to see if that’s an issue.
