A couple of weeks ago the Xbox Ambassador program ran a promotion to earn a forum badge for the Halo Waypoint forums.
It looks like some of the people weren’t registered to the Waypoint forums, and did not receive their badge yet.
I’m just putting this post here as a place where those Ambassadors can post to double-check to see if their badge is showing properly. I put it in a separate thread so as to not disrupt the other threads.

I’ve been an ambassador for about two years now, but my Ambassador thingy has always been buggy. I get reward codes and I can do the Ambassador chat stuff, but they never included me as part of their leaderboards and as of now I can’t access the group.
I’ve been an Ambassador for some time now, but right before the game released, I got pulled onto the team here. Given the choice between the two, well, my ambassador duties have taken a back seat.

Basically a member of the [Xbox] community who volunteers to help people over support chat. And by “help” I mean in regards to general questions and whatnot (For example, just a few minutes ago a guy asked me how to change his Avatar outfit to the one that came with the Halo 4 console)
I’m an ambassador, but didn’t know it at that time because I had never gotten my approval e-mail. Is there any way I can still get this? I’d hate to lose out due to an e-mail glitch.

If you never answered three questions between November 6th - 9th, then it is no longer possible for you to get the medal.

Can you give me more infor on what you mean by the 3 questions or where it was from.?

As an Xbox Ambassador, you are pretty much a mini-Xbox Support kind of person, you can answer questions that people ask in terms of Xbox Support.
You can answer questions three different ways:
The Ambassador Megabot, an Windows Live Messenger bot which submits questions to you from community members.
The Ambassador Ambassabank, a webpage on the Ambassador website which Ambassadors can choose from a list of pending questions to answer.
The Xbox Support forums, Ambassadors can hop in there, answer questions and help people out.
You had to answer three questions using the Ambassabank or the Megabot to be eligible for the Halo Waypoint medal on November 6th, 7th, 8th or 9th.
Well to me, a medal doesn’t stop anyone from helping. It’s there for recognition.
No offence to people who have them. They deserve them for helping the xbox community. And I respect them fully.
Personally, i could careless about medals, and all that jackshit stuff. Im busy most of the time and all i care about is playing Halo 4, having fun. That’s about it.
