Xbox 1 X vs 1 S difference in matchmaking?

Is there a difference/advantage in matchmaking game play quality depending on which of these consoles you use?

I guess that depends if Halo 5 would support 120FPS for the new consoles. At the minute the game won’t be doing that as far as we know.

For Infinite playing on a older console will mean playing at a lower FPS which could put you at a disadvantage due to having half the frame rate.

Halo 5 runs at a dynamic resolution and locked 60fps on the base Xbox One. I don’t know for the 1S, but the only difference for the 1X would probably a locked 1080p resolution. All the Xbox One consoles run at locked 60fps.

Perfect comment, The One X probably has a slight advantage in having a clearer image and constant 60fps regardless when compared to the original xbox one and one s.

Although I don’t think it matters nearly as much as you might theorise.
