I got halo 5 in physical copy and i just bought xbl 3 months but when i got in multiplayer it says multiplayer requirements and sends me to buy gold for myself but i have it and i check my subscriptions and it active
Have you tried doing a Xbox hard reset?
Hold the power button for 10 seconds and the Xbox will fully reset.

That seems to be the fix for everything on Xbox. If I am ever having any problems, I just restart and it seems to get fixed.

It works with about everything, no joke. From Phones to a wifi router it works.
