So, I’ve been playing Warzone Firefight a lot since it released, and I’ve already managed to win 15 matches. Some of those victories were matches that were already in progress when I joined, but JIP didn’t seem to affect me getting the x3 gold packs after my third victory. It’s also worth mentioning that I’m pretty sure that I’ve won at least 10 matches that I played from the very start. I got the x1 and x3 promotional gold packs, and the x1, x3, and x5 Warzone Firefight Victory commendation reward packs (which are also gold packs). After my 10th win, I didn’t receive the additional x5 promotional gold packs. I tried hard resetting, and they still haven’t shown up, even here on WP.
Now, it’s possible that they were awarded at a lower victory count, and I didn’t notice because I was getting so many gold packs, but it seems to me that I simply didn’t get the last set of packs mentioned by the promotion in the MotD/on WP. Is there a reason for this?

Had the same issue earlier, but it eventually popped up the next day. Are they still missing as of now?

Have you tried restarting Halo 5 or doing an Xbox hard reset?
Just tried a few more resets no packs though. Ill give it another try tomorrow though mightake a day as you Said. thank you

They sure are, and I have more than 20 Warzone Firefight Victories now.

I got so many that I’m not sure if I got two sets of x5. Like I said, I might’ve gotten the x5 promo at a lower victory count, but both the MotD and WP say 10 wins. Can 343i clarify?
I’ve had the same issue, from what I’ve heard, the promotions is different from the victory commendation and I’ve only gotten my packs from the 5 win victory commendation, not the promotion. I’m still missing the 5 packs from my tenth win.
I haven received any promo gold packs yet from victories. All the packs so far were from wzf commendations which are sweet as hell but wondering if the x9 gold packs will be sent at event close. Have tried several hard resets for a couple days meow
Same thing here, I’ve gotten the commendation rewards, but none of the promotional ones. I think I got the promotional one for my first victory, but I never got the other two bundles.
Also, I can’t seem to unlock the new achievements even though I’ve completed the tasks required there.
I know i was playing tonight (after getting gold packs like crazy the other day), and went like 5 games with no packs.
Then one game gave me 6.
Ill take it.

Like I said 343i, you better make some changes, or you’re going to lose what’s left of the loyal Halo fanbase.

I care about the packs and principle.Knowing the x9 promo was on helped with the sourness of all the glitchy or unwinnable wzf losses. But seeing how 343i ignored this and the wzf feedback thread, I dont really have the desire to keep putting in halo 5 time beyond a daily win or two.
