The fact that the X travels with the body is just plain mind boggling. I just have to laugh at their incompetence at this point. They really can’t get anything right

If it follows the body and not where you died its useless. I dont wanna know where the body is I want to know where they died. And it does go away pretty fast, insanely fast. And not to mention im still adamant that the white X will be hard to see in game.
So all in all I prefer the old style X.
it took me awhile to notice the X for Halo 4’s.
Halo 3’s is still the best, just like Halo 3 is the best in everything. Why they change stuff for the sake of change who knows. The X should be red in Halo 4. It blends too much in the environment to the point I barely noticed it lol
How in the hell did 343 manage to -Yoink- this up? It’s a simple X, it goes where the kill happened, not where the body eventually rests. And it’s hardly noticeable too.
Come on, 343. Not everything needs to be changed. Make it red, make it appear where the kill happens. That’s all you have to do.
It doesn’t bother me. I’m glad it doesn’t stay long too.

Oh so our guys like it the way it is, haven’t complained about it at all and have gotten used to it.
Well lets just go ahead and scrap the whole thing and give them something else that is similar, but has a lot of different annoying little features added to it.

Everything about it is wrong, they might as well have made it the letter Q instead while they were at it.

The way it currently acts is about as bad as if it wasnt in the game.
It should not follow the body, the purpose of shouting out “____ on my X” is to let people know something is right where you died. But with it following the body that is kinda useless, the body can literally go flying off the map and the X will be right with it.
It disappearing so fast is another problem. By the time you get done with the call out the X is gone again defeating the purpose of it even being in game.
And a smaller problem is it being white. It does not stick out and taking the extra second or to just to find the X isnt nice lets say.
