WZFF: easy objectives get reqs, hard ones get none?
It’s not a coincidence that every Attack on Sanctum wave 5 defend the three pillars has an entire team using vehicle reqs while harder tasks have teams going stingy and only using loadouts.
Players are now conditioned to give up or go for broke in WZFF based on how hard or easy objectives are perceived to be.
The bottom line is reqs are more fun to use when not being pressured to use them on difficult challenges.
Yeah, it also turns out that a Phaeton is the only way to destroy the Mantis in the garage quickly, which I feel is total bs.
Like, they completely designed enemy Mantis’ to be damaged by a Phaeton and nothing else. I died and called one in with 40 seconds left, got above the garage with 30 left, unloaded on it, and I killed it from full health before the round was over. ONE. VEHICLE.
Because I’m not going to waste my REQ only for it to immediately get destroyed due to aimbot -Yoinks!-, or to endlessly shoot at stuff only for bosses to decide to heal themselves, or have a shield that regenerates before you can finish reloading.
