HOW IS IT OK FOR A LEVEL 3 OBJECTIVE TO BE KILL 65 PROMETHEANS IF 8 OF THEM ARE PHAETONS?!
This has happened to all of us countless times. There is slim to NO chance that 8 Spartans with Level 5 REQs or lower are able to fight and kill 8 P H A E T O N S that are being backed up by 5-10 Soldiers with Binary rifles. Crawlers and Soldiers with Boltshots or Suppressors, sure! But where does 343 get the idea that we are all ridiculously skilled with a friction AR and a pistol and maybe a couple of good Level 4-5 REQs?!
Phaetons are one of the strongest vehicles in WZ simply because they can dodge 85-90% of the shots that come their way. The AI is obviously going to be better than us. Why the hell is this LEVEL 3?!
WZFF needs nerving without a doubt. But it could also use some adjustments to the order of the rounds. Because I can’t tell you how many times my friends and I have been overrun by friction Grunts or Soldiers simply because of their volume or their strength. It’s ridiculous. And it’s getting old.

WZFF is more of smart usage of the reqs u have now rather than blast eveything with the loadout weapons
You have to bust out the turrets, but it’s a hard round if your team isn’t coordinated.
Easily if players are willing to use their reqs. level five has rockets, lasers, not to mention vehicles.
It’s simple, spawn a Worthog and park it away from the action and shoot down the Phaeton’s. Your team should be able to distract the Phaeton’s while you shoot at it. As for the soldiers and crawlers, use a ghost and splatter them, a lot more effective then shooting them.

Easier said than done. When you have 4 Phaetons targeting you tell me how useful two rocket shots are.

I guess you were unfortunate with your teammates during that round. I just recently played that round on Escape from the Arc, used a ghost to splatter all the soldiers/crawlers and three of my other teammates spawned warthogs and ghost and we easily won that round.

It was also on Urban which has all that crap in the road so maneuvering a vehicle is much more difficult

Meh more of teammates being selfish of not spawning reqs or them being newbies since I usually see players of arnd SR 30~ alot nowadays
Guess OP was just unlucky with the teammates he had during that match
