WZFF Basic Loadouts

So I was just curious what other people use as their basic loadouts as the rounds increase and REQ lvl’s become available. I don’t mean Heavy Arms for boss’s but the regular loadouts for clearing trash as fast as you know how.
I’m partial to using any BR as soon as they open up at REQ 3 so I can pinpoint remove Knight arms and make them squeal. And I usually tack on an some AR variant with Kinetic bolts so I can break up enemy vehicles just a bit better until I can get to a REQ station and pull out a more effective boom stick.
So what is your basic loadout?

Sentinel BR or DMR. Projection SMG.

Yeah, the Sentinel BR is just all around better for long range tactical Knight Arm Removal. It’s how I beat all the ultra Knights that spawn in one of the rounds on Urban.

I love the kinetic ones from DMR, BR or even SMG.

Sadly the only DMR I have is the basic or one with long barrel. And I hate being too close to most of the enemy occupied vehicles in FF as they can drop you in a heartbeat so I’ll take my long range AR with kinetic bolts and hide behind something until my REQ timer is high enough for a rocket launcher or something lol
Can’t argue with an SMG with extended mags. What is that? 900 rounds of pure bliss!

Lvl 1 REQ: Recon AR; Magnum
Lvl 2 REQ: Recon AR w/ Kinetic Bolts; Magnum
Lvl 3 REQ: Recon AR w/ Kinetic Bolts; Longshot BR
Lvl 4 REQ: SMG; Longshot BR w/ Kinetic Bolts
Lvl 5 REQ: SMG w/ Kinetic Bolts; Longshot BR w/ Kinetic Bolts
Lvl 6 REQ: SMG w/ Kinetic Bolts; Longshot BR w/ Kinetic Bolts
Lvl 7 REQ: SMG w/ Kinetic Bolts; DMR w/ Kinetic Bolts
Lvl 8 REQ: SMG w/ Bayonet; DMR w/ Kinetic Bolts
Lvl 9 REQ: SMG w/ Bayonet; DMR w/ Kinetic Bolts

Armor Mod: Plasma Grenade Expert when spawning, if I’ve already spawned I put on Upgraded Trusters.

Please Note: I currently do not have all the loadout weapons. When I do, here is what I’ll change:
Lvl 2 REQ: Replace Magnum with Magnum w/ Extended Magazine
Lvl 8 & 9 REQ: Replace DMR w/ Kinetic Bolts with Sentinel DMR w/ Kinetic Bolts

Well, since I guess we are doing full loadouts

My loadout consists of this -

(I didn’t put level because I’m too lazy, but you know what I mean)

Req 1 - Longshot AR (Or recon depending on the mission) and magnum

Req 2 - Recon AR with Kinetic Bolts, extended Mag Magnum

Req 3 - Same AR, BR with sentinel Scope

Req 4 - Halo 2 BR, Projection SMG

Req 5 - Same BR, Same SMG (Unless it’s a round with enemy vehicles, in which case kinetic bolts) - Upgraded thrusters (more useful then Speed Booster IMO)

Req 6 - (Usually same BR, but sometimes I go for Hybrid DMR) Same SMG

Req 7 - Same Loadout. Nothing changes from My Req 6 loadout.

Req 8 - Sentinel DMR with Long Barrel, Regular SMG with bayonet (until I get it with the Projection sight)/AR with Knight Blade (depends on situation/round)

Req 9 - Same as Level 8

Obviously this can be changed. It really just depends on your play style.

Load out: Increased ammo BR, and Inc. ammo AR (just for spraying enemies at the end of the round).
Armor Ability: Wheelman
Why?: Spawn in ghosts in the first 2 rounds, then one Scorpion for the rest.

SMG/Halo 2 BR Until DMR at 6.

Always have kinetic bolts equipped. Br’s and dmr’s only.

Just curious, why do you like the Projection SMG?

I don’t know all the official names, but I’ll list my usual loadouts.

Lvl1: Longshot AR

Lvl 2: More ammo AR/Pistol

Lvl3: Longshot AR, Sentinel BR

Lvl 4: Sentinel Kinetic BR, H2 BR

Lvl 5: Stabilizer Sentinel Br, Kinetic SMG

Lvl 6-7: Stabilizer Sentinel BR, Projection SMG

Lvl 8: Bayonet Sentinel BR, normal Bayonet SMG

I just prefer the Sentinel for the longer range it gives me, or at least, the accuracy for long range engagements. Especially for Knight fights. I hate being close to them, it’s almost 100% a one shot with either their melee or shotgun or whatever they use.

I prefer the Halo 2 BR for close to mid range engagements. At lvl 7/8 I either get the DMR with extra ammo or the DMR with Kinetic damage.

I can’t wait to score the DMR with extra ammo. It seems they run out so fast and unless your hugging a nearby REQ station it’s use is limited.

In REQ 1 Recon AR and Pistol REQ 2 Recon Kinetic Bolt AR and Extend Mag Pistol REQ 3 Recon BR and Sentinel BR REQ 4 Sentinel BR Kentic Bolt and Halo 2 BR REQ 5-9 Patrol Case armor Mod Halo 2 BR and Sentinel BR Stabilization Jets. I will change things out depending on round. IF they are vehicles I go for Recon SMG Kinetic Bolt and Sentinel BR Kinetic Bolt or low level REQ AR Longshot Kinetic Bolt and AR recon Kinetic Bolt. If the map is right I will use Patrol case armor mod, Halo 2 BR or Sentinel BR Stabilization Jet and Sentinel DMR Kinetic Bolt.

The Patrol Case mod gives you extra ammo, I like it. If I am in a tight defend core.armory, garage I will have the armor plus the BR extend mag and Halo 2 BR. I will mainly use the Halo 2 BR on the big target Elites, Soldiers, Knights the BR extended mag will be on the small guys.

It is pretty great. You can kill a lot of lesser enemies or a few shielded/armored enemies with each magazine. It is basically a sniper rifle without the limited magazine and req cost.
