WZ - Sniper Rifle with Req Level 4?

as the Title says,

In any Way, is it possible to get a Sniper Rifle at Req Level 4 in a Warzone Match? Iam asking because our Team get shredded by a Sniper on A.R.C. at a Game time of 3 Minutes i guess. At this Point at the Game we captured our Armory and started to rushing the garage… and then boom… a Sniper on the Garage… at this Game Time… is this even possible? And this Person (I watched this later in the Theater Mode) req`d his Sniper Rifle at a Req Level of 4! I bookmarked this video of the game.

Can please somebody explain this to me?

I sell the random weapon req´s every time… so i didn´t noticed that you can get much higher req level items with them… now i will collect them^^

Random req could do it. Though they are more often something you don’t want like shotgun or plasma pistol!

It’s a random weapon req. Only luck will decide what you get. You can get a Tier 3 binary rifle from a ultra rare random weapon or a ONI scorpion from a rare random vehicle, just like I did lol.

The random req packs quite often give me higher level reqs.
