I live in EST, was wondering if they will release it 3AM PST because I’d love to play before a double I have at work tomorrow

343 hasn’t given a specific time for when it’ll be released, but I’d guess it’ll be later in the day, afternoon at best.

It already came out all you need to do is turn off your xbox and turn it back on it should tell you it needs an update
