Halo 2 had a boss fight.

How do you expect Halo 4 to end? Will it practise the pattern, or will it be different?
I would like a boss fight, not like the one in halo 2 but one as great as the one in gears 1 (general RAAM).
i want a boss fight. but i dont want it to be an easy 5 minute win, it should take upwards of at least 20 or 30 minutes IMO.
yes i like the final stretches for the endings but as for halo 4? let 343i decide

The Infinity is in grave danger. A massive enemy mech-type-thing is on its way to cripple the Infinity. At the beginning of the mission, you do a Warthog run, desperately trying to get to the Infinity before its too late. Once you arrive, in an epic cutscene, you take the controls of a huge mech (the one we are said to be able to drive). Then you defend the Infinity with it. When it seems like you’ve one, the giant enemy “mech” arrives, forcing you into a mech vs “thing” boss fight. You win, but learn that hostiles are inside the Infinity bridge. When you get there, you find the Ancient Evil trying to use the Infinity to escape Requiem, and you see Cortana screaming “I will not allow you to leave this planet!”. You engage in yet another boss fight, and drive the enemy away.
Quite a long mission!

Imo i wouldnt consider that a boss fight, he shot you a few times which was easy to dodge, even on legendary
And he dies from 2 laser hits(plus one from johnson)
