Every time I use my BR it stops firing even though I have plenty of ammo left just before I’m about to kill my opponent, and this only happens in Halo 2 & 3 when I pick up the BR. It doesn’t have that problem when I play the campaign.
Is anyone else having this problem???
Nope. If anything the only BR issues I’ve had is with the Xbox One controller.
Hue Impulse Triggers
What do you mean IHATE when you say the Hue Impulse Triggers, that even though you hit the trigger it doesn’t shoot?
I’ve run across this issue a couple of times; I’ve also had the issue of trying to reload, won’t show the animation, then after a short pause my ammo will be refilled.
Sounds like you guys are accidentally double shotting somehow…does it fire two bursts in rapid succession right before stopping? On default controls, that’s RRX. I don’t know what you kids are using these days but in online under duress you may be accidentally hitting the button combo.
If you are, learn to use it properly and you’ll have a major advantage.

No Bradnock, I’ve been playing halo forever and one thing I know is how to use a BR, I wasn’t a 5Star General for nothing in Halo 3, check my stats and you can see, but for some reason the BR stops firing or jams up with the Master Chief collection…its’ weird, and I just can’t figure it out…I know it’s not me that I know.
I wonder if the new patch fixes will rectify the BR, does anyone else know?
