Seriously I have no idea what all these people are posting about BTB maps being -Yoink-.
People saying their “die-hards”.
I’ve also been playing since Halo CE the only difference with myself is I like change, I don’t want to play the same damn game with the same damn aiming with the same damn maps for the next 50 years. Embrace the change, and remember what your parents probably told you… “It’s just a game” 
well they just don’t look very good is all. when you compare them to the Halo 2 Anniversary BTB maps they pale in comparison. thats my main complaint. they play ok. they just don’t look good. and i thought we sacrificed split screen for better graphics?
I’m enjoying the maps even though they totally look forged/fake, the bigger question is where the hell are the new reqs?

Forge maps. Not unique DLC maps. Notice how everything isn’t clipping in to each other like in the other games with forge mode? I think this is good enough.
And the remake of headlong is great.
These aren’t new Maps they are forge maps of the old maps that just don’t look as good.
Yeah the only issue is how the maps look. These forge maps don’t look good.
Yeah totally fine with the fact that there’s no “texture” because they’re forge maps. Plus, wtf looks at texture while trying to no scope a noob across the map? Cause i sure as hell don’t spend my time checking out map details. I’m dome shottin’.

Certain textures can be distracting or displeasing I understand, but to pick my battles:
A good BTB map shouldnt let me WALK the flag from base to base in 20 sec. These maps are almost exactly the same size as the default, just with an abundance of vehicles and turrets.
The headlong remake doesn’t have the staircase inside the base so it sucks…

If they want the same damn game why not just got back and play the same game. You don’t get bored of the same stuff over and over and over again?
I find H5 to be extremely refreshing. I also find BO3 extremely refreshing. Which is why I don’t care people complain about stuff being different. Different is good.
I like the maps 343 made and remade and I think the reason why the btb maps are all forge is because 343 wants to show us what the new forge is capable of. I’m sure the next dlc maps after forge comes out will not be forge made maps so calm down everyone.

Little on the small side, but I play to win not sit and debate whether or not the map sucks compared to other halo maps I’ve played. Also feel like the amount of vehicles they have on them for the size of maps they are is a little weird.
Because they can never please the masses no matter what they do there will be people here to complain about it.
BTW yes I love BTB so far. I think the maps play great.

yeah they’re definitely not going to be forge maps. seriously, if 343i did that… they’d basically be writing their own death certificate with a BUNCH of people in core community. You don’t release maps that are based on a game internal map maker lol
