do you honestly believe theater’s sole purpose is to view deaths?
Some people dont have hardrives, others are lazy, and we dont want to spekd 30+ min of our day watching theater
And why dont you like final killcam.

What are you arguing about? Theater is made to film those awesome moments… so if your death was an awesome one I dont see the point in not being aloud to film it!

Killcam can be used during the games, Theatre can not. Killcam can be used to spot a camper or even a cheater, theatre can only be used post game and is hence less effective. “Final kill” kill cam is a nice addition that lets anyone have the chance to end the game and get temporal glory, a little something to make people hunt for that last kill intead of wait for it. Though, it sucks when you’re the one to be killed 
I would love a final killcam but regular killcams are pretty pointless IMO.
There should only be a final killcam, NOTone after each death.

Btw, if you’re talking about the leaked footage, I don’t think that was a killcam, seemed more like the camera following another player, the way it always has, and not replaying the kill.

I have a question for you, what’s so bad about killcams? Are you against the idea for the sole reason that there are also killcams in other FPS games, such as Call of Duty?
I’d honestly have nothing against killcams, and would like to see several actual good reasons with logical reasoning to back it up to explain why killcams are so bad. And no, a lack of tea-bagging is not what I would consider a logical reason.
Killcams are implemented to show the player how they died and by whom. This helps the player learn from their mistake and hopefully avoid similar deaths in the future.
Theater is for playback of past games in order to make/watch clips and movies.

I agree, I want to see what might happen to the guy that killed me, not a reenactment of my death. Can it at least be optional to turn the stupid feature off. I know there is more use to kill cam then seeing how you died, but still, the biggest thing about it is seeing how you died, we have theater for that.
Uhh, what? Am I the only person here who hasn’t seen 343 say ANYTHING about killcams? They have a knack for telling Waypoint information last, but I figure something more concrete about this would have been said by now.

Whenever I die I always ask the question “How did I die?”
A killcam will answer this question for me, so I can analyse the circumstances that led to my death. All without exiting the game.
I don’t want to go into the Theater, wait for the vid to load, then waste 10 minutes slowly fast forwarding to the point to where I died.
