After playing some Octagon, I go into matchmaking and find this waiting for me. I thought the Librarian emblem was for players who participated in the Halo Community Feedback Program before Halo 5 launched. I signed up a few months ago but I never received any emails, then this just popped up. Anyone else get it or am I a special snowflake?
No, the emblem is for anyone who joins the HCFP, regardless of when you join. It’s just not granted immediately; it seems like it comes out in waves every few months. I think you just have to do one survey and eventually you get it, but I’m not totally sure.

Oh well I joined but I never received a survey. I thought Luke theNotable made a video saying you can’t get it after halo 5 launched.

I got one not to long ago after one of the leaders came out for Halo Wars 2. I haven’t got one for Halo 5 in a looooooong loooooong time.

Mystery solved - a new feedback survey has just landed in my inbox. If you’re signed up you should have one now too and a REQ pack I imagine if you don’t already have the emblem

I signed up a long time ago, and had thought that they were not doing them any more, so I forgot about it until now.

EDIT: I just checked my e-mail and I received a survey from Microsoft Studios. 
Hmmm…maybe I could strike out a few surveys if I wanted to. Nice job on getting the emblem, dude!

I don’t think you’re allowed to talk about stuff from the survey under some kind of Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Sorry for the ignorant question, but how does one signup for the HCFP?
I’m not interested in the emblem, but genuinely want to help give feedback.
