My multiplayer is blocked due to my family settings which is entirely not true. I have hard rebooted my x box, unplugged it and replugged it in and checked all of my settings nothing is working. Is this common? And does it end on its own or something?

How long does it take to fix itself though? Mine has been like this for a while. Is there any way to call or chat with someone about this?
Such a pain oh well though it is slowly getting better. Soon we will enjoy the game we boguht lol.
