Wrongfully banned

Hello,
Not to long ago, about 3 or 4 days ago (don’t remember the exact date ) I was banned until 3/31 shortly after I got disconnected from a game because of my internet. I just got the game, haven’t even had it for a week yet. I thought halo 5 would have some type of technology that could decipher a disconnection from hitting the quit button. Then, for a first time offense that’s a really harsh punishment. Also, there were zero warnings I just reconnected and got struck with a ban hammer.
I posted this on the fourms in hope that a change would occur not just for me but for the community. I’ve been apart of for 6 years and watch Halo change over many years, out of all them years i’ve never been banned until now, something has to change.

March 31st? Really? I kinda have to doubt that, given that the highest ban I’ve seen is 10 hours.

There seems to be alot of Banning going on! before long there’ll be no one left to play the game!

3/31 is harsh, longest Ive seen so far on the forums is 2 days.

Exactly I dont understand, never seen anything like this. Its truly sad. But what do you doubt the legitimacy of this ban?

Looking at your game history:

Arena:
11/2 - DNF
10/30 - DNF

I don’t think those two games constitute a ban, but if you had a lot of suicides attempting to get to the damage boost power up on the platform, then the system may have banned you for that. I believe they have pulled that map from the rotation in order to fix it.

You should put this post in the H5 support forum, or contact support here on the site 343i is usually pretty good at dealing with support issue, but they might not see it in this thread, you just need to make sure you post in the right place.
