It’s fine, mate.
Onyx isn’t telling others to report you. He’s saying that if you post in the wrong section, you can report your own post and a Superintendent or Monitor will happily move it for you, without any penalty.
The “report” button isn’t just for rulebreaking. You can use it to ask us to move your thread to the right section, delete an accidental double-post, delete a poll so you can recreate it because you made a mistake when typing the options, and so on and so forth.
