Wrong Item Shipped

I apologize if this isn’t the right place to post this.

I made a purchase from the Halo Waypoint Store. I bought the Sarah Palmer Kai action figure. Unfortunately on Friday when I received the item, it was the wrong item. I was shipped the Spartan Soldier instead.

I have contacted the Waypoint Store customer service but I have yet to get a reply.

If you can help me at all, that would be appreciated.

Same thing happened to me. Ordered Palmer (WHO WOULDN’T?!) and got a Spartan Soldier instead.

When did you contact the store? If it’s on a weekend or near a holiday (like this weekend was), you probably won’t hear back from them until probably tomorrow at the earliest.

Did you remember to send pictures of the product and the receipt? That’s an important one.

Hey KA Five,

Yeah I sent them an email yesterday with a picture of the receipt and the item. I got a reply stating that my “Product was shipped out June 6th and records shown it was delivered on a Friday”.

Yes I know it was shipped out, because I got it and it’s the wrong item. I’m so frustrated that I got a copy/paste response. It is as if the Waypoint store didn’t even read what I wrote.

I’ve opened another ticket and hopefully will get a response today.

EDIT: Got a response. One support person sent me a UPS label and asked me to send the item back to get it exchanged so I did. Then an hour later another support person told me to keep the item and they will send me the right item.

Unfortunately I already mailed it out. Oh well now I wait to get the right item.
