So I recently logged on to my halowaypoint profile on my mobile device, and it logged me into a gamertag that was not mine.I used my same email and password as I usually use, but now its connected to another gamertag. Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this? I would really appreciate it! Thank you for reading.
What happens when you go to Xbox.com, does it show you the direct details there?
There’s no way for a gamertag to be associated with more than one account, so when you’re signing in you must be using the wrong details.
When I go to xbox.com it brings me to the profile of that incorrect gamertag, and I checked everything to make sure it was the right info of mine, and it was correct. I’m not sure on what to do, but thank you for getting back to me!
You are 100% not signed into the right email address associated with the GT you expect.
You know what you are right, my little brother decided to add his account and i guess it messed it up. Damn I feel silly lmao, thank you my friend
