I just login to the site and it has the wrong gamer tag. how do i get my gamer tag changed to the one i uses for xbox live. i have played halo for a very long time dont want to loose the work i have put into the game.
If the gamertag showing here isn’t the correct one you normally use, that means you are logging in here with the wrong email address and password (it’s not possible to have the same email address for multiple gamertags). Try signing into Xbox.com and see if it’s the same - if you have or use any other email addresses, that might be the one you are looking for.
