Wraparound and Narrows similarities.

Anyone else notice they kind of look similiar, or look like they play similiarly? I think they kinda do. This would be awesome Narrows was a good map. Also I like that the maps may be going in a more Halo 3 direction istead of Reach. Just because personally I loved all the Halo 3 maps while there were only a few good Reach maps.

I think it is more similar to guardian than narrows except for the fact its in the clouds

from what I have heard, wrap around will have a center platform with multiple parts connecting to it, so it sounds more like guardian, but it does look like narrows (scenery and overall look wise)

your second link has nothing to do with narrows

Except the fact that Narrows is a bridge, and Wraparound is a circle, I suppose.

I have no idea how people see Narrows & Wraparound in a similar way, someone from 343i (either Frankie or David Ellis) even came out and said they don’t look or play similar.

I always thought they looked the same, but 343 has stated multiple times that they don’t play the same at all.

yeah frankie confirmed that on neogaf it really only has a similar environment

I agree, after being stuck with the mediocre halo reach maps i am very excited to get back to quality maps, wraparound looks superb.

It might look like Narrows but it sure seems to play more like Guardian, don’t judge the book by the cover nor the map by the texture/skin, Op
