it was just like yesterday I found the halo 5 count down online and it was at 216 days till halo 5 comes out now its at 11 days god how the days go by.

Luckily; the older you get; the faster time passes. It took 20 years for Halo 2 to go from announcement to release. It’s only been about 6 months since Halo 5 was announced.

Exactly how I feel. I went to war, then got married, had kids, then grandkids waiting on halo 2. That reveal trailer of MC in the cloak feels like about 8 months ago at the most.

Bruh this always happens to me. I’ll look at a countdown at 200+ days, look at something else, and look back and we are within walking distance.
Sad thing is… The beta ruined games for me. Besides a few games like the Witcher 3 and Arkham Knight kept my attention, but all other games just wernt fun.

Same; can’t even play Halo MCC MP anymore. It’s so boring compared to 5. But were almost there guys/girls.
I think Halo 2 was the longest wait because there was so much hype on all the upgrades from Halo:CE. Plus they had articles in gaming magazines explaining aspects of the game we hadn’t got to see in action, E3 definitely didn’t help the wait either lol. Then original release date was pushed back. Hardest wait ever, was in college then so i couldn’t even play it the dsy it came out.
Halo 5 seems to have come out too fast, almost no wait it seems. Maybe because there is so much content out there to see and read that it feels like i’ve been playing it for a while. Time have definitely changed lol.
