No it’s just that you are posting your disappointments in a non-constructive manner. If you want 343i to make Halo better, how about you post in a constructive manner so 343i can know and try to fix the problem. Complaining like a spoilt child is leading the franchise nowhere just as much as being a fanboy.

I kind of agree with OP, they come in and lock threads stating that there already is an official Sprint thread, Elite thread, Population thread, etc. It’s like, let people have their own threads where they can discuss things with eachother rather than having to go to a HUGE thread where it’s pages long and it’s kind of a mess! Multiple threads on the same topic should not be friggin locked!

Since that thread was already locked, and I’m not under any obligation to be as diplomatic as a moderator is, let me tell you without any whitewash or pretense that is one of the least sportsmanlike things I have ever read on these forums. And that’s saying something, let me tell you. I may not be any paragon of sportsmanship myself, but compared to you, sir, my bad behavior pales.

Prior to those threads becoming the “official” thread for discussing those topics, there would be several threads every once in a while discussing the same topic. Remember the Halo 5 forums before the Ban Thread? It was a repetitive mess that got old fast. Now think if they didn’t redirect conversation to those threads. we’d probably have several threads, saying the exact same thing, with the conversations taking place being about the same.

I think there were typically three on weekdays, maybe five or six on weekends. Don’t remember the exact number since it’s been so long.

Because then everyone wants their own thread talking about the exact same thing, which quickly clutters the place.
We don’t need 5 different people creating 5 threads about Sprint, then 3 people asking about the population, and then 10 people asking for Elites. There’d be no room for actual threads about different topics.

There’s no reason for you to need them, since you’d just be repeating the same comment 5 times.
One large thread about one topic reduces the clutter on the page, and actual topics can get actual attention.
I used to actually copy and paste my responses in ban threads because 80% of them were people lying about DNFs. Now it’s all in one place instead of 10 places.
