Guys, for the moment, lets stop flaming about multiplayer and focus a bit on the campaign. Doesn’t it look awesome? The dark gloomy effect in the ship and the bad–Yoink- elites?
Maybe if we focus on thinking on the campaign we’ll forget about the problems in multiplayer and by then then 343 will shed some light on the matter.

i see where u commin from but i cant realy say much bout the campaign cos we dont know much bout the campaign unfortunatly but atm i think its going to be okay, its gonna feel wierd that its not just covi 
also im more interested in the multiplayer tbh cos the campaign u play once or twice where the multiplayer you want to be able to play over and over and over again hndreds maybe even thousands of times

I’m really, really surprised with the amount of detail and depth they were allowed to publish regarding the first mission.
And reading it I am very pleased with how it looks. The new first person cinematic experiences sound great as long as they are not too common and it sounds like the general theme and scale of the Campaign coupled with the fictional direction is going to be thrilling. As for the graphics, wow.

I’m loving how the grunts and elites look. So much more natural that the previous games. Very nice direction IMO.

It looks gorgeous, i am so pumped to play it, and does anyone know what the weapon the blue elite is holding when he is facing off against the Chief in one of those pages? It doesn’t look like a weapon that i’ve seen before, could it possibly the aforementioned assault carbine? O_o

Campaign looks beautiful, art style is gorgeous, and I’m glad to see Cortana is back.

That was a covenant carbine in description. The Assault Carbine sounds more like a human weapon, a cross between the AR and the scoped SMG, perhaps?
The game looks amazing. The characters and environments look so detailed and a bit gritty. Cortana, Elites, and Grunts look different and great in the images. This Halo is looking to test how far the 360 can be pushed.
I kind of don’t like the new Elite models. The one shown looks like the Arbiter from Halo Wars. They aren’t clean looking and they’re too stereotypical.
I saw a closer look at one of the pics.and they said the carbine will be returning!
I’m not liking the new grunt and minor elite armour, they seem a bit…Naked.
On the other-hand graphics look really amazing.

Aye, Assault Carbine to me sounds UNSC. However I do agree that it could be some sort of Covenant Carbine.
