You are free to discuss your previous topic there, I see no need for a thread.
However this will likely be locked as it offers no discussion value and could be seen as disrespecting community members.
Simply ask if any users are from Bungie at the OT thread. No hassle, many people who can answer.

How would you feel if I entered your house, with my shoes covered in dog droppings, and just walked into your kitchen and put my crappy shoes on your dinner plates? No, you wouldn’t want that, you have your own little rules in your house.
343i’s forums has their rules, and people have suggested time after time after time after time for a full fledged Off Topic forum board, but every single time, both moderators, administrators, and normal members have all stated, that it will not happen, and it shouldn’t happen, and we should be lucky to have the thread we have.
Your original topic that was locked, like I said, should be in that single thread. Why!? Because you can go in there and post ANYTHING you damn well feel like, as long as it’s not rule breaking. Half of my posts in those threads have no real topic, no real meaning other than just to be a random crazy person post.
