How exactly is that lazy? CES has never been the kind of event to get many announcements. They even said in advance that they wouldn’t be making any. Get over it. Nuff said.

As much as I hate to say it, we’re not entitled to a trailer. Assume you won’t get anything at all and the time that you actually do will be that much sweeter.
Frankie explicitly stated that there would be no new Halo 4 info.
CES is a technology trade show where they showcase the latest advancements in electronics, not video games.

The CE in CES stands for Consumer Electronics. As in gadgets, devices, etc. Not video games. Why would MS or 343 have an announcement at the CES? Especially since nobody said there was going to be.

Where would the info have been showcased? The time they talked about the new phones? How about all the new hardware and its capabilities?
Like many have said, CES is NOT a video game expo. Some games may be on CES, but it’s not the place you want to go for big gaming news. CES is for other consumer electronics such as phones, TVs, Windows & Windows mobile, etc… And didn’t Frank confirm beforehand that Halo 4 wasn’t making an appearance? I wouldn’t call it lazy, it’s understandable they didn’t show Halo 4… Because in actuality, they’re marketing to the wrong crowd.

Lazy would be showing a trailer with a bunch of placeholders and unfinished graphics.
You do know it’s probably the community that is making them wait so long to release a trailer, right?
After the uproar about Chiefs armor and all the placeholders in CEA, I’m not surprised they’re trying to make things perfect and taking extra time.
I personally am happy they are keeping things close to the vest anyways.

Agreed, CES is for technology, the general public isn’t even allowed into CES, so what would be the point of showing of a game at a trade show/convention that the general public isn’t allowed in, 343i is trying to sell to the general public, and CES is the WRONG place to be doing it. So by not showing Halo 4 at CES isn’t being Lazy.
But if you keep on insisting on saying “LAZY”, I will insist that you are either trolling or spamming.

Expecting H4 at CES is like expecting MS to show H4 footage at the Geneva/Frankfurt/Detroit/whatever Autoshow…
At CES Frankie said he would talk about Halo, just not Halo 4. Relax information will be released eventually either at Comic-Con, E3, Pax.

Think about it. There’s gonna be so many new stuff that we’re not even imagining in H4 that 343 is going to make sure the timing for a release of a trailer or any gameplay footage. Stop thinking they’re just gonna release anything just for now good reason. it’s called Marketing…
