Its true. European players don’t get the code for no explained reason as of yet. Dw I’m with ya with the stuck at 70 thing.
That sucks if its true. Way to treat EU and the UK fan base. Not only did Americans have an advantage from the start with Double XP and which meant they could rank up insanely fast and hit the cap really quickly in half the time but we don’t get spec codes either? I have no idea whats happening with the spec codes, I already have mine from my Limited Edition but I feel sorry for everyone who is capped at 70. I’m incredibly bored at SR 66, I need to find some motivation to actually play this game which is a bad sign 
The code is for early specialization, you do know that they will be unlocked for everyone once community goals are met. Similar to the rank cap on reach until the challenges unlock was met.

I have no idea what the goals even are! I would like to say 1,000,000 matches played. Its like i said, i dont know. I wish they would tell us somethings once in a while.

But I remember reading in a topic that if you go to your local game dealer that there might be some left over specialization codes available so I would check that out. If I can find the post I’ll redirect it here.
However, don’t put the hate on 343i, put it on Microsoft. They’re the ones(More specificly, the Promotional Department) that are sending the email. Not 343i.
its both! its totally unfair that EU players get left behind! if it is 100% sure then halo 4 can go shove itself tbh i didn’t pay 39.99 to get level capped within a month

Yeah. I got to SR70 and I wasn’t having fun. Plus, I’m european, so no specialization code for me! The only way I was having fun was unlocking new armors through earning XP. Aaaaand since I can’t do that now, well adios Halo 4!
Honestly I recommend any European who isn’t having fun with it to trade it in now and cut your losses. You can always buy it back cheaper at a later date.
I have a friend from UK on XBL who sold it back to GAME after only 5 days. He only got £14 for it. I thought that was hilarious. Could not stop laughing.
It really does suck for you all. No spec’s means no upgrades. If I somehow get an extra code, I’d be happy to send one to someone.

Um? maybe they want the other specializations? the first 2 are pretty garbage compared the the other 6 you can get.

And they are all pretty garbage compared to the standard packages you get for 1-50.
This all makes sense now. All of the marketing in EU, the crazy amount of it, just to screw them over on codes and not have a local option. Legit evidence 343 was not sober at the time of production.
It will be unlocked once the game has reached a milestone. from what ive heard a million. but thats not official yet.
You could go to “ebay” for 6-10 bucks. But yeh other than that, wait.
