JIP sucks, alot of the time you join a sinking ship, isn’t exactly enjoyable is it?. As for banning, it sucks, but 343 can’t be held responsible for the quality of your internet.

They should pay more attention? You do realise it’s NOT a person sitting watching your game and clicking the ‘ban’ button don’t you? It’s a program designed to detect certain conditions and act accordingly. It doesn’t do context.
I think you’re over-reacting dude. That is a common punishment for most online games now. Especially since Halo 5 is ranked it has to take the assumption you turned off your Xbox. You shouldn’t regret buying a game because you got a 15minute-1hour Online ban. Chill out man, maybe next time instead of going to the forum and ranting, call 343i support or Tweet at them for support…

Ya, I hate it when lag switches get people banned. I tend to find those who complain publicly about being “banned” are dead to rights in what they did and are just venting the fact they got caught. Adios muchacho, I’d ask for your REQ packs but I cant haz them.

Yeah the Preview Program is an issue right now, I suffer for it too, but ultimately it’s still not 343i’s fault.
Several options for you:
1.Sort your internet out.
2. Stop crying
3. Go play Destiny along with all the other laggy kids
4. Move to somewhere you get good internet
5. Buy multiple friends, multiple xboxes and have the lan of your life.
The choice is yours

I’ve never had issues with the update! I’ve also quit a couple matches with out a ban. He must have quit a few others.

Looking at the support forums I can see many people are having a ton of connection issues. I have 60 mbs download speed yet my xbox get 5!

That’s cause Comcast sucks. Also Internet speed says nothing about actual conection quality. You could have massive packet loss or massive ping or for some reason you are using wireless. I’ve yet to.be disconnected from any matches myself

So anyone who is replying “get better internet, move to somewhere else, switch your ISP”. I’m sorry but your stupid this game requires no internet required limit, why the hell should you move if this is just one game, and some people are forced to get their certain ISP because its not provided at that location. Yes Comcast is garbage and disconnect every time it happens but having a certain feature play a main role that disregards that your connection was lost due to a certain flaw with your ISP is a flaw itself. So according to this logic everyone should have 25+ mbps and verzion or something equal or if not better.
