I’m not sure how many of you played Halo 2, but on the first level there was a Marine who was all bloody and cut from the battle. By memory it’s an easter egg… Here is a picture if you haven’t seen it before.
I know it’s too late to suggest implementing this into Halo 4, but wouldn’t it be cool to have, or do you just not care? In Halo 3 and Reach there was damage when the Marine died, but not while it was still ‘alive’.

That would be cool. But I think we have to much changes going on at the moment. Lets just take this one step at a time.
To be honest, I never noticed that in Halo 2. I guess it’s one of those things that’s cool, but always goes unseen.
What? You find several “injured” Marines in H3 and some in Reach (though I think it’s moreso civilians in Reach). They’re all wrapped up in gauze and such as they should be.
I do agree however, I would like to see more “injured while in the field” soldiers in Halo 4. It would be pretty neat to save a company of soldiers from, say, an Ex-Covenant raiding party and as you observe them after saving them you notice one clutching his side from a plasma burn into his skin.
