Just curious seeing as everybody is clamoring over each other to gain some information on this curious armour piece. In my personnel opinion, I find the thing ugly and would not wear it under normal circumstances.
The only way I would wear it is if my friend was wearing Security, so we could run around Reach matchmaking calling ourselves ‘The Marathon Men’ :D.

mah, it looks ugly as hell and i prefer my mark v and vi.
Depends if it was easy to get or not, if you needed to be some high rank like Inheritor, I would wear it if I ever got it.
But if it was as simple as getting a certain Career Goal on Waypoint at a low level, I would personally leave it because it would be the next Hayabusa.

I would prefer not to have to do a 6GB+ update for Reach for a few pieces of DLC.

No… Its one of those helmets that most people will be wearing. That ruins most helmets. And the thing just looks ugly anyway so I’d buy it then never wear it after that.
It all depends on how hard to get it I suppose. I perfer to wear armor that shows that I accomplished something.

It is the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen, and have this feeling that it just might be something we will see in Halo 4, if 343 continues with the buying/purchasing of Armor, like in Reach.
It still makes me laugh though to see threads and post about something that was only shown once in a piece of concept art, for the Defiant Map Pack, and how people are still on a search looking for clues and signs that it might be real…
