It better be a Spartan II
If John-117 isn’t the strongest or bravest Spartan in the SPARTAN-II project, yet managed to mess up like 4-5 ODSTs in a boxing ring on his own, resulting in the death of one or two of them and critically injuring the rest… As long as it’s a Spartan II as Jamfl0wman said, then definitely a Spartan!
One Spartan (II) for the power, but 10 Marines for the comic relief.

ODST’s comic relief and power together at last.
I would pick 4 ODST’s, 10 marines would just get killed real quick, 1 spartan could get easily overwhelmed, but 4 ODST might do better, remember ODST’s are like mini spartans, the strongest troop in the UNSC other than the spartans, ODST’s will guaranteed to be better than the marines, but the spartan could very well do it too, now if the attack was on a planet that has meteor showers a lot then the ODST’s are hidden when landing, while 10 marines would be by pelican (or some kind of mass transport ship) and the covenant/other would know there there, same with the spartan (excluding ODST pod spartan drops from Halo 2 and Halo legends ect and spartan Mk VI jumpmaster armor from halo 5) would also use a pelican to get to the planet, so 4 ODST’s is my answer.
ODST, because they are badass, funny, and stylish.

A spartan, obviously… But, I’m not gonna lie, if it’s the marines from Halo 5 Warzone, with those dangerously accurate assault rifles, you’re in for a bad time.
