Would you like to see "Gun-Game" coming to MCC ?

What you guys would think about a Gun-Game mode for the mcc ? And being Halo with its comparably smaller but more unique sandbox would be very interesting. To compensate for the fewer weapons avaviable one would need to do more kills with a certain weapon to rank up. power weapons maybe should require even more kills to rank up. this could also be turned into a team mode where the teams kills count together to rank up to the next weapon thogh i dont think downgrades would work in that mode ( i mean like by smacking other guy to let him go down one level ) one dosent nessesary only use weapons for that mode vehicels could also be integrated .
i would put that mode into the action sack option in the composer.

It actually existed as a custom game mode in Halo 4.

It would be nice to see, and like you said, very interesting with Halo’s sandbox. Probably would only come in actions sack, though.

Loved playing them in Reach and 4 (custom gamemodes), and I think they’d be wonders be all other games. However, I think Halo 3 would have an issue. In Halo 3, at least in the vanilla game, we could only select a certain amount of weapons in the main menu, and weapons such as the Plasma Rifle didn’t exist in Sandtrap. If MCC Halo 3 follows this (which 99.9% does) then we’d have to treat Halo 3 differently.

They might be able to come over to the MCC when the one time file transfer happens if you have the game types in your file share for the 360 versions of the games

I think it could be fun, as I had a bit of fun with it on the Halo 4 gametype mentioned above.

I think it would fit nice and snug with the rest of the Halo gametypes

It’s also a gametype in Gears of War 4. Each team starts with the a pistol and once the team earns three kills, everyone gets promoted to the next strongest weapon. The first team to earn three kills with all 20+ weapons, wins! It’s a really fun gametype to play.

Yes!! Would be so so good to have this game type was brilliant on CoD and probably the only thing I like about CoD ahah

But it was in Halo 4 as well. It played as a more traditional gun game. When you got a kill with a weapon a timer appeared on your screen telling you the next weapon was coming in a few seconds.

I believe that was a gametype in Actionsack if memory serves me right. 60 seconds before weapons changed for everyone

I think you mean Medal Madness. Gungame requires you to kill someone to get a new weapon.

I found it on youtube. It is actual gun game ie requires a kill to move on to next gun. But I am not comfortable posting a link after finding out the nature in which it was created.

EDIT: Is there a Mod reading this that I can PM to make sure I don’t get banned for posting the link?

Gun Game was the only thing that kept me playing COD past the first few weeks. Would love to see its equivalent come to MCC!

I would love to see it in 8 PLAYER (FFA) Action Sack.
