Would you like to be able to forge vehicles with other vehicles?

You know how modders are able to have a:
-Warthog with a Scorpion turret.
-Warthog with a Shade Turret.
-Scorpion with a wraith mortar cannon.
-Ect, Ect.

Would you like to be able to do that. Without having to mod the game?
