Would you like 2 or more disks?

Note: Sorry if my english is bad.

DISK 1: Campaign and Firefight.

DISK 2: All the rest.

More disks would give 343 more space to do stuff that was not possible for Halo games in the past.

Better Forge(We might fly pelicans!), better graphics, bigger player cap, and alot other stuff.

If we don’t have 2 disks I think Firefight would be a waste of space…

I beg to separate disks in the campaign, and multiplauer, to be large and complete without a comma put a restriction on the other in a matter of space, the textures and sounds great will no compression, which has either CG if necessary.

With forge on separeted disc, it could have a short campaing creator, for missions and else the community can think. Can be more complex! Can have an advanced firefight map creator!

tl, dr: PLEASE! TWO DISCS!

Nope, I don’t fancy changing disks if I want to play Multiplayer from Campaign, if I could install them to my hard drive and inter-change as long as one of the disks is in my drive, sure.

2 disk please.

If you can run one from the drive with just one disk but have the one install then thats fine

360 is old tech and you are going to need all the data you need.

I mean its the reason why forge world on halo reach is garbage…

they tried cramming that thing in one disk…

so for example

Install the MP disk so it runs from your hard drive

Then just use the main halo 4 disk to run everything.

YES
This would allow more players
more action
more maps
and even a big forge world

yeah, it would be much better that way. I don’t understand people who are too lazy to get off the couch and change a disk. Maybe thats why the new xbox should have a disk changer =D

I’m actually not against this idea.

Esspecially if they took the same route as Forza 3/4 did. Play the game from Disk 1 (which would include Campaign and regular Matchmaking portion) and install the content of Disk 2 (Firefight, Forge which could then be more expansive, etc etc) to your harddisk.

It would allow for more content, esspecially when talking about Forge, and lets face it: it wouldn’t cost that much more. Just look at Forza games who aren’t any more expensive because of their two disks. Or Mass Effect 2. Or ODST which actually was 20 euros below regular retail price here (40 opposed to 60 euros).
So, if it benefits the game: sure. If there is no reason to have 2 disks…no 2 disks then

Yes I don’t mind 2 discs because it might help the game to add more stuff to it.

It’s not that, its that the amount of times I will switch between Campaign & FF to Multiplayer so often in Reach, I will do the same in Halo 4, which is far from fun when your friends are forced to wait, especially if you can’t find the disk.

Why are you typing like that?

I wouldn’t mind 2+ discs if it ment more game, but I don’t want another Forge World (or just one) because the same map over and over again gets boring and bland. Also, I wouldn’t want a Forge world to be the ONLY map I can forge on Looks at Halo: Reach disc

I wouldn’t mind it, especially if it meant more (and better) content.

yes, this is a good idea. but i have a few suggestions:

Disc One: Campaign, and Campaign Theater.

Disc Two: Multiplayer, Firefight, and Multiplayer/FF Theater.

you should be able to optionally install disc two, but be able to play it without the disc. let me elaborate:

You have two discs. whats the problem? you have to switch back and forth if you want to do multiplayer or campaign. solution: get disc two (multiplayer/ff/theater) and install it. now, with most (if not all) xbox discs you still need the disc to play the game, even if it is installed. but with this, you install disc two, stick in disc one, and you can play either disc one or disc two.

this is, of course, optional. you can just keep switching discs, or you can install disc two and use disc one to play it.

If a two-disc presentation does happen, I want it solely for the fact that the spaces and length of the campaign is so in-depth and expanse that it can barely be contained. Otherwise, there’s no real point.

Remember people, quality =/= quantity. A lot of you seem to be asking for 2 discs so they can be crammed with all sorts of features; but the greater amount of ‘stuff’ 343 add, the less time they spend on each individual thing, so the more glitchy and unfinished everything is. I want 2 discs only if it’s necessary for what 343 are already planning to put into the game.

campaign should be on its own disc. ODST style (almost)

no, im just asking for 2 because everything would run smoother. campaign especially. more space, less hiccups/offline lag.
