No, because it doesn’t have it’s own multiplayer, it’s own story, it’s own ranking system. It’s just CUSTOM GAMES, and I get it, wanting to be another game, but in my eyes, it’s not

True guess not, but 343 counts it as a separate game.

True true, but not until it’s a full game, I wouldn’t count it
