I think that there should be a new map pack with teamwork in mind. I’d happily pay 800-1200 microsoft points for a map pack consisting of… lets say… two firefight maps and maybe even a campaign mission.
Now, I know people will definitly disagree, but personally, I LOVED the campaign. ‘Tip of the Spear’ was my favourite mission. Just to let you know.
There’s a few places in the campaign where an extra mission can be squeezed into the list. This new mission should NOT count towards campaign completion. that would be SILLY. Or maybe have it so that when you go into campaign, pick a mission then pick ‘rally point Alpha’ or ‘bravo’, the mission you just got would appear there, depending on where abouts the mission would fit in the story.
The firefight DLC that came with the Defiant map pack kind of disappointed me. And Halo just isn’t a game that releases DLC ‘expansions’ or missions, or whatever for the campaign. It wouldn’t feel right to me.
Stick with MM maps and maybe FF maps as far as Halo DLC goes.
NO CAMPAIGN EXPANSIONS. PLEASE.
As for firefight, not unless they are unique maps. Like floodfight or something.
But no. Firefight as of right now is elites moving left and right andf bunches of enemies mindlessly spamming plasma weapons and hitting you out of mid air with fuel rod guns.
I truly doubt we’ll get a Campaign mission this late into Reach’s life. That kind of thing needs to be released a few months after the launch otherwise people sometimes forget what even happened in the Campaign from it being so long since they’ve played it. I would’ve liked the idea of a DLC mission or 2 where you played as Jun and learned his ultimate fate but that obviously never came to fruition.
I’d like to see at least one map pack that focuses exclusively on Firefight.
That way, those who truly enjoy Firefight can get their hands on 3 new maps, while those that want more multiplayer maps can just ignore it.
This. Especially since firefight in Reach is such a joke. I like unearthed, but I’d rather they gave us three maps and scrapped unearthed. Same with CEA, I’d take a 7th remake over I04 any day.

Or what Noble six did after the pillar of autumn left, but before he died in Lone Wolf. Maybe tried to find a way off of Reach? Being unsuccesful though? Maybe he Isn’t dead and hes being held prisoner on a covenant ship?

The only good way to play Unearthed is to drive the Rocket Hog up into the room where you start, park it at the back, and wait for enemies to come to you. Choose the dropshield as your starting equipment and you never have to use up the health packs unless you REALLY need them.
