Would you drop money on a map pack that consisted of remakes of classic maps? I’m not talking about maps that can be well remade in forge such as Sanctuary, The Pit, or Lockout. If so which 3-4 maps would you want to see come back? For me I’d really like to see Guardian, Heretic (H3 Midship remake), Narrows, and Sandtrap (w/ Elephants) make a come back.

The maps that halo 4 has now compared to h2, and h3 are terrible
But than again halo 4 as a whole game is terrible compared to halo 2 and halo 3 so i dont know.

Yes I would, but if they keep their looks the same. Id have Narrows, Midship, Guardian and either Sandbox or Standoff.

You make a strong point about the blandness of how the forge maps look. If only you could play around with the colors of each forge piece you place out or even having different themed variants of the same forge pieces.

and i have to say im very pleased with it (not my best map) but my best remake but the inside of the base i dare show cos you cant tell where the walls start and finish, i would be able to improve it but lack of money on it or pieces should i say 
part from that i am very please with it but its not the same without the stone walkways and walls etc so i would buy remake maps (especially covi ones) reason for that is tha there are non on H4 and you cant remake them cos covi have rounded smooth things and there purple

I would really like to see Sanctuary with the improved graphics. Sick of remakes on forge. Sanctuary would look beautiful. Problem is that once a map has been remade, it has been remade for good. None of the anniversary maps will be remade again as it isn’t really anything new. 343 take a different approach to Bungie where countless maps were remade. I would much rather have Halo 5 to have more remakes that can be played at launch without having to buy DLC (only to play them about 10 times before the playlist gets repetitive)

Yes if the “new” map pack became a requirement to play MM. i.e. I’d ACTUALLY get to play them outside of a DLC playlist.
No, if like the current crop of DLC maps they never come up in the playlists and therefore are never played.

meh, people would still vote for {insert random/non-slayer gametype I don’t need for commendations} on {original map} and then AFK/quit/betray/gather daisies.
but let’s give it a try. So many of my friends (many who have played since 3) have quit playing, so let’s see if that would bring them back.
I would absolutely buy a classic map pack. Two of my biggest remake requests for Halo 4 have been done now (The Pit and Valhalla) but I’d still love to see Highground, Guardian, Containment, Swordbase, or Powerhouse.
