I just can’t help but think back to a year or so ago, when I suggested that cookie promo thing about “$5 value coating” was legit, and a huge red flag.
I was called and alarmist, a hater, you name it. I wonder where all of those people are now, and what they’re saying (I’m guessing a few of them at least answered “YES” in the poll)
Fair enough. Obviously buying all the colors and patterns and textures is probably a better route, unless they decide to charge way more for those, or if they sell colors one by one and you end up needing to spend what you would have on customizing anyway.
Regardless, I am not too beat up about it as long as
I see the battlepass as effectively buying the game in chunks. The problem I have is that the customization is just so bad. (And they ruined Jun’s helmet and chest, like wtf) but as long as that’s fixed, I am happy to spend a LITTLE money on Halo. I would have spent probably 100+ on some legendary edition anyway, if I wasn’t getting every part of it for free.
