That’s not the model used during 2552, and most likely will be just a port of Halo Reach’s or a very similar model.
But don’t worry, take for sure you’ll see one like that in Halo 4.

If Halo Reach is before the trilogy wouldn’t they be reverting back to an older model if it was in H4?

I know it isn’t i was just asking if you guys would like it and plus I don’t think it would effect the story people would just look at it as a graphical update.

We don’t know that it’s from the Dawn. I would not be surprised at all if we see UNSC forces at some point.

You never know a lot of weapons and vehicles were kept there it is very possible that the warthog is one of the many new UNSC weapons and vehicles stored on the ship. And there is no point saying its cannon breaker when we don’t know anything about the story yet … well not a lot anyway.

Frankie explained that although it was a newer model, it was actually in the process of being put into service just prior to the events that led to the Battle of Earth, thus some of the units were present on the Forward Unto Dawn.
